Abstract

Defines "personally identifying information" and prohibits, after June 30, 2023, the broadcast of personally identifying information by police radio unless the broadcast is encrypted. Provides that a person who refuses to follow the lawful commands of a law enforcement officer while the officer is engaged in the officer's official duties commits a Class B misdemeanor.
