Purchase of insulin needles.

Abstract

Provides that the Indiana board of pharmacy (board) may not establish limitations on the quantity of hypodermic syringes, needles, or insulin that may be dispensed to a patient or purchaser for the treatment of diabetes. Requires the board to amend an administrative rule.
