Immunity for escort of a banned person.

Abstract

Specifies that under the tort claims act, a governmental entity or employee acting within the scope of employment is not liable for loss resulting from injury of a person under supervision of a governmental entity, if the person is subject to a court order requiring the individual to be escorted by a county police officer while the individual is on or in a government building owned by a county building authority.
