Human immunodeficiency virus.

Abstract

Removes sentencing enhancements for battery and malicious mischief that relate to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Repeals certain offenses concerning the donation, sale, or transfer of blood or semen that contains HIV. Makes conforming amendments.
