Decatur County magistrate.

Abstract

Allows the judge of the Decatur County: (1) superior; or (2) circuit; court to appoint one full-time magistrate. Allows the magistrate to serve the Decatur County superior court and the Decatur County circuit court. Provides that the magistrate may be removed from office by the judge of the Decatur County superior court or the judge of the Decatur County circuit court.
