Pension investments in American adversaries.

Abstract

Requires the board of trustees of the Indiana public retirement system to divest investments in entities and investment products that the federal government has determined to be a Communist Chinese military company or otherwise pose a significant risk of being or becoming involved in activities contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. Requires the system to provide an audited statement of compliance with this requirement.
