Charity gaming.

Abstract

Provides that certain charitable gaming funds do not have to be deposited into a separate and segregated account and may be sent directly to a qualified recipient. Provides that a licensed entity may elect to have the entity's annual accounting period end 60 days before the entity's license expires.
