Study committee on invasive species.

Abstract

Urges the legislative council to assign to an appropriate interim study committee (committee) the topic of studying issues related to invasive species. Specifies that the committee must consider the following: (1) An examination of the Indiana Invasives Initiative, including: (A) funding sources available to the Indiana Invasives Initiative; and (B) the potential for making the Indiana Invasives Initiative an agency of state government. (2) Funding sources available to the invasive species council.
