Medicaid provider contracts.

Abstract

Provides that the office of the secretary of family and social services or the contractor administering part of the Medicaid program must enroll any provider of physician services in the Medicaid program if the provider is: (1) willing to meet the terms and conditions of the provider agreement; and (2) otherwise qualified to provide Medicaid services.
