Prohibition on e-liquids and electronic cigarettes.

Abstract

Provides that it is a Class C misdemeanor if a person knowingly or intentionally possesses an e-liquid or an electronic cigarette. Provides that it is a Class B misdemeanor if a person knowingly or intentionally sells, gives, or distributes an e-liquid or an electronic cigarette to another person. Makes corresponding changes.
