Vote by mail municipal elections.

Abstract

Authorizes a county election board to provide that all municipal primary elections, municipal elections, and special elections for a public question held in the county in odd numbered years be held by all mail voting. Authorizes towns that conduct their own municipal elections to provide that all the town's municipal primary elections, municipal elections, and special elections for a public question held in the town in odd numbered years be held by all mail voting.
