Information or performances harmful to minors.

Abstract

Provides that a college, university, or museum, or its employee acting within the scope of the employee's employment, may raise a defense to a prosecution for the crime of dissemination of matter or conducting a performance harmful to minors. Prohibits any school or public library that qualifies for certain property tax exemptions to raise a defense to a prosecution for the crime of dissemination of matter or conducting a performance harmful to minors. Provides that the victim has a civil cause of action against the person convicted of the crime of dissemination of matter or conducting a performance harmful to minors.
