Provides that for purposes of the homestead deduction, a homestead includes residential real property used as part of a dwelling that is located: (1) across an easement or a public right-of-way; and (2) within 200 feet; of the property on which the dwelling house is located, if that property would have otherwise qualified for the homestead deduction had it been located directly contiguous to the dwelling house parcel. Makes technical corrections.
