Property tax refunds.

Abstract

Provides that when a taxpayer is owed $100,000 or more as the result of a real property tax assessment appeal, the county auditor may, in installments and over a period of not more than five years: (1) apply credits to future property tax installments for the property; or (2) issue a refund.
