End Stage Renal Disease

Abstract

Recognizes the importance of equal access to all dialysis modalities for End Stage Renal Disease to preserve State funds by enabling more patients who can benefit from home dialysis to receive access. Urges State agencies and policymakers to implement policies to decrease the disproportionate number of African-Americans and other minorities' lack of access to home dialysis modalities by improving access to home dialysis.
