Veh Cd-Veh Light Signal

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows all drivers, including motorcycle drivers, to at all times modulate the vehicle's head lamp between high and low brightness to signal oncoming drivers of the presence of a hazard, police officer, or radar speed detection area.
