Blood Donation-Physician Exam

Abstract

Amends the Blood Donation Act. Provides that no person may donate blood without having first been examined by a physician and determined to be in sufficient health so as to ensure that no physical harm should result from donating blood. Authorizes the Department of Public Health to adopt rules to implement the requirement.
