Twp Cd-Discontinue Township

Abstract

Amends the Township Code. Removes a requirement that a township must be located within a county with a population of 3,000,000 or more and that it must contain a territory of 7 square miles or more in order to discontinue and abolish a township organization within a coterminous municipality. Effective immediately.
