Fire Sprinkler Act-Exemption

Abstract

Amends the Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act. Repeals a provision exempting certain persons or businesses engaged in the installation or repair of fire sprinkler systems from having a designated certified person. Effective immediately.
