Lobbyist Intimidation

Abstract

Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act. Prohibits an individual or entity registered under the Act from intimidating another individual or entity registered under the Act. Sets forth a list of actions that constitute intimidation against an individual or entity registered under the Act. Provides that any individual or entity registered under the Act that violates the provisions of the amendatory Act shall be guilty of a business offense and fined not more than $10,000 for each violation.
