Dcfs-Day Care-Nap Requirement

Abstract

Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to adopt rules granting a parent of a child who receives day care services at any day care facility licensed by the Department under the Child Care Act of 1969 the right to opt his or her child out of any nap or rest period requirement imposed by the day care facility.
