Pub Aid-Success Rates

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Governor's Office and the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and the Department of Human Services to submit a joint report to the General Assembly on the success rates of public assistance programs administered by the State and to issue a plan to reduce poverty in the State by 50% by the year 2020.
