Sch Cd-Register Cert-Back Fees

Abstract

Amends the Teacher Certification Article of the School Code. Provides that, beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, all back fees for registration must be paid and kept in accordance with provisions in the Regional Superintendent of Schools Article concerning an institute fund and provisions in the Teacher Certification Article concerning fees and requirements for registration (instead of providing that any and all back fees shall be deposited by the State Board of Education into the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund). Effective immediately.
