Hunting From Vehicles

Abstract

Amends the Wildlife Code. Changes the prohibition on hunting from vehicles. Provides that, for specified provisions concerning hunting from vehicles, to "take", "pursue", or "hunt" shall not include a person traveling to or from a blind, stand, or hunting area. Effective immediately.
