Mhdd-Medical Advisory Panel

Abstract

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act by deleting language requiring the Department of Human Services to form a medical advisory panel of physicians to provide advice on care rendered to patients in any integrated delivery system for State-funded and State-operated services to the mentally ill. Effective immediately.
