Mental Health Records-Family

Abstract

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act. Provides that upon petition, the court may order that a spouse, child, or parent of a recipient be notified, without the consent of the recipient, whenever there is a change in the recipient's treatment plan.
