Underage Drinking-Parental Ed

Abstract

Encourages all school districts in this State to establish educational programs to inform parents about the dangers of serving alcohol to minors and the prohibition on serving alcohol to minors and the punishment for a violation of the prohibition. Encourages all parents and minor children in this State to participate in the educational programs established by school districts concerning the dangers of serving alcohol to minors.
