Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that the limits on delivery and sale of alcoholic liquors to fundraising events and to a maximum of 6 events per year in buildings owned by fire protection districts do not apply to a specific building owned by the Oswego Fire Protection District in certain cases. Effective immediately.
