Crim Id-Minor Traffic Offense

Abstract

Amends the Criminal Identification Act concerning expungement and sealing of criminal records. Eliminates from the definition of "minor traffic offense", a Class C misdemeanor violation under the Illinois Vehicle Code or a similar provision of a municipal or local ordinance.
