Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall suspend or refuse to issue or renew the license of a motor vehicle dealer, transporter, wrecker, or rebuilder for violations of any tax administered by the Department of Revenue (currently, the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act only). Effective immediately.
