Bank Serv Trust Fund-Uses

Abstract

Amends the State Treasurer's Bank Services Trust Fund Act. Provides that moneys in the State Treasurer's Bank Services Trust Fund may also be used for (i) technological, consultant, and legal service charges related to the investment or safekeeping of funds under the Treasurer's control and (ii) legal services under the State's general obligation bond program. Effective immediately.
