Amends the State Commemorative Dates Act. Designates the second Wednesday in May of each year as Mother Mary Ann Bickerdyke Day, to be observed throughout the State as a day set apart to honor Mother Mary Ann Bickerdyke of Galesburg, military nurses, and the contribution of nurses to the State of Illinois and the United States of America. Effective immediately.
