Abstract

Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. In provisions that allow non-home rule municipalities to impose certain occupation and use taxes for expenditure on public infrastructure, amends the definition of "public infrastructure" to include public schools in the City of Shelbyville. Effective immediately.
