Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of no longer than one year from the effective date by McHenry County for the acquisition of described property for the purpose of public improvements to serve McHenry County. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of no longer than one year from the effective date by Madison County for the acquisition of described property for the purpose of public improvements to County Highway 52 in Madison County. Effective immediately.
