Unlawful Poss. Of Wildlife

Abstract

Amends the Wildlife Code. Creates a prohibition on possession of wildlife or parts of wildlife that were taken in a manner that is illegal in the territory where the animal was taken. Additionally defines the statute of limitations on prosecution of violations.
