Human Rts-Real Estate-Reports

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that the Department of Human Rights shall file a report each year with the General Assembly concerning charges under the Real Estate Transactions Article of the Act, including charges referred to the Department by the Department of Housing and Urban Development with subject matter pertaining to that Article, containing the number of charges pending on December 31 of the preceding calendar year and the number of charges concluded during the preceding calendar year, and a categorization of the pending and closed charges according to the length of time they have been pending or were pending before their conclusion.
