Boxing & Martial Arts-Jujutsu

Abstract

Amends the Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act. Includes Jujutsu in the definition of "martial arts". Provides that the prohibition on professional and amateur contests, or a combination of both, in which physical contact is made does not apply to, among other things, Karate, Kung Fu, Judo, Jujutsu, and Tae Kwon Do. Effective immediately.
