State Gaming Fund-State Bills

Abstract

Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that revenues from riverboat gambling that were paid to Chicago State University shall instead be transferred from the State Gaming Fund to the General Revenue Fund and shall be used to reduce the backlog of unpaid State obligations. Effective immediately.
