Firearm Owners Id-Expiration

Abstract

Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that the expiration date of a renewed Firearm Owner's Identification Card shall be 10 years from the date of expiration of the previously issued Card regardless of the date that the renewed Card was processed by the Department of State Police.
