Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that, in counties with 3,000,000 or more inhabitants, taxpayers who have been granted a Senior Citizens Homestead Exemption must reapply every 2 years (instead of annually). Provides that the county board of a county with less than 3,000,000 may not require the person to reapply more frequently than every 2 years. Effective immediately.
