Inc Tx-Assign Rehab Credit

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. In a Section granting a credit for the restoration and preservation of a qualified historic structure located in a River Edge Redevelopment Zone, provides that taxpayers may sell, assign, convey, or otherwise transfer those credits. Effective immediately.
