Muni Cd-Grass Cutting

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the corporate authorities of each municipality may require the owner or occupant of any premises to cut or trim the grass and weeds on the public lawn on the public right-of-way which abuts the premises. Effective immediately.
