Veh Cd-Tinted Film-Windows

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that in cases where a driver who is exempt from restrictions on window tinting has already been issued vanity, personalized, or special license plates, the Secretary of State shall issue distinctive license plate stickers to the driver instead of distinctive license plates. Effective immediately.
