Clean Energy Development

Abstract

States the intentions of the Illinois House of Representatives to duly consider the ramifications for America's security when taking up issues concerning energy development and our dependence on oil, adopt policies that encourage the growth of the clean-energy sector in order to encourage innovation, create jobs for Illinoisans, and strengthen America's security, and work with the clean energy sector to develop clean energy job training and placement programs for returning veterans. Shows appreciation to America's service members, veterans, and military families for their selfless service to our country and recognizes the veterans of Operation Free for their continued work in service of our national security.
