Abstract

Urges local government entities and other persons who display the United States flag, the State flag of Illinois, or the military flag of any branch of the United States Armed Forces or the Illinois National Guard to subscribe to the Illinois Flag Honors e-News Summaries service on the Office of the Governor's website in order to honor fallen U.S. Armed Forces members, law enforcement officers, and firefighters. Urges State and local government entities and private statewide associations and organizations to provide links on their websites to the Illinois Flag Honors e-News Summaries service subscription page and to include information about that service in their newsletters and publications.
