Non-Coal Mine-Reclamation

Abstract

Amends the Abandoned Mined Lands and Water Reclamation Act. Prohibits annual expenditures for non-coal reclamation from exceeding 2% of the Department of Natural Resources' annual budget for mine reclamation. Effective immediately.
