Crim Cd-Child Sex Offender

Abstract

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class A misdemeanor for a child sex offender to knowingly transport a non-familial minor without the consent of the minor's parent or guardian. Defines "non-familial minor" and "transport".
