Makes changes concerning the teacher supply and demand report, reporting on the number of high school students enrolled in courses at a community college, and claims for tuition for children from a home for orphans or dependent, abandoned, or maladjusted children. Repeals Sections concerning the State Board of Education providing information on the creation of tax exempt foundations, a catalogue of reports, and racial reports.
