Transfers the administration and oversight of the Cemetery Oversight Act from the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to the Illinois Comptroller. Changes references from "Secretary" and "Department" to "Comptroller". Effective immediately.
