Hwy Cd-Damaged Property

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that, in addition to any agency or instrumentality of the State of Illinois, any unit of local government may seek recovery for the cost of the repair or replacement of damaged or destroyed roadway property.
